Is clár fiontraíochta ban saor in aisce é an Clár EMPOWER Cumasú d’fhiontraithe ban i gceantair Ghaeltachta Mhaigh Eo, na Gaillimhe, Dhún na nGall, Chiarraí, Chorcaí, na Mí agus Phort Láirge. Tá an clár maoinithe ag Údarás na Gaeltachta agus á sheachadadh ag Moil Nuálaíochta Ollscoil Theicneolaíochta an Atlantaigh (OTA) agus Ionad Rubicon in Ollscoil Teicneolaíochta na Mumhan (OTM).
The EMPOWER Cumasú Programme is a free female entrepreneurship programme for female entrepreneurs in the Gaeltacht areas of Mayo, Galway, Donegal, Kerry, Cork, Meath and Waterford. The programme is funded by Údarás na Gaeltachta and delivered by Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Innovation Hubs and the Rubicon Centre at Munster Technological University (MTU).
Cumasú Tús
Cumasú Tús designed for women with a business idea looking for help to take those first steps, or an early-stage business setup less than 18 months ago
EMPOWER Cumasú is a free female entrepreneurship programme for female entrepreneurs in the Gaeltacht areas of Mayo, Galway, Donegal, Kerry, Cork, Meath and Waterford. The programme is funded by Údarás na Gaeltachta and delivered by Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Innovation Hubs and the Rubicon Centre at Munster Technological University (MTU).
Who is it for
Early Stage female-led businesses (less than 18 months in business)
Duration
Once a week over three months, plus networking and mentoring (online and in person).
Objective
To gain confidence, think creatively, and go through the startup process and develop the pitch and the business model. Networking will be encouraged, and a start-up community will be created.

Who is it for
Female led businesses (in business 18months +) who are revenue generating and understand value proposition and looking to scale and grow.
Duration
One day per month over 10 months (online and in person).
Objective
To build a strong network of like-minded CEOs in the Gaeltacht regions who are looking to scale and learn from experienced business people.
