Who is it for
This programme is designed for women business owners who have been operating for 24 months or more, are working full-time in their business, demonstrate ambition and a clear aspiration for growth, with a business model suited to scaling into national and international markets.
Duration
20-month programme with a mix of in-person and online sessions, bi-weekly reflections, peer learning, mentoring, and accountability check-ins.
Objective
To scale and elevate established businesses through strategic planning, leadership development, community support, and a tailored growth framework.
